As founding members of Montclair Design Week in 2018, Elemental worked to launch the inaugural year of a festival celebrating the ways in which design enriches our lives in ways both large and small, visible and unseen.  Now in year two, Megan and Sarah are again leading the way to bring a week of programming that is accessible, inspiring, and community building to the place where they work and live.
